Designed a web-based dashboard for a transport and fuel distribution company to help dispatchers monitor fleet activity, manage delivery routes, and coordinate multi-stop orders in real time. The platform allows operators to track trucks, assign and manage deliveries, monitor load distribution across multiple destinations, and ensure each delivery is completed within its scheduled time window.

My role covered the full UI/UX process, including understanding operational workflows, defining the information architecture, some initial paper sketching to validate fast some ideas with the business owners, and designing a scalable interface optimized for fast decision-making.
